An experienced PA required to join a well known and growing company. Strong PA experience needed at director level.

Full time, permanent role based in Central London.

Paying £40k-45k per annum depending on skills and experience.



  • Providing efficient PA support to multiple Directors and the surrounding team
  • Managing multiple diaries by arranging meetings and appointments
  • Organise meetings and take minutes when required
  • Maintain the in-house system
  • Put together presentations and documentations for director meetings
  • Complete and manage holiday, expenses and sickness forms
  • Raise purchase orders and invoice tracking
  • Coordinate staff training needs
  • Compile Directors expenses
  • Order office supplies
  • Arrange team events and social occasions
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
