Overview

An organised and data focused individual required to work on customer renewals. The successful individual will have strong database management skills and a history of dealing with customer renewals and administration.

Full time, permanent role based in Weybridge, Surrey.

Paying £30k per annum with a commission target of £4k based on EMEA renewals.

Duties:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the renewal of customer support activity
  • Responsible for the production and maintenance of core data
  • Supplying pricing to customers
  • Working with customers to complete all renewals
  • Assist with the completion of acquisition audits
  • Assist with additional customer purchases
  • Data collation
  • Complete initial reporting and analysis for forecasting
  • Assist with the completion of external and internal audit queries

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • Experience working with multiple data sources
  • Experience dealing with customer renewals and the administration
  • Database management experience
