Overview

An experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant required to join a busy finance team within a well-established company.

Full time, permanent role based in Leatherhead, Surrey. Parking onsite.

Paying £21k-£27k per annum depending on skills and experience.

Duties:

  • Managing supplier and staff accounts
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is recorded accurately
  • Answer all supplier queries regarding invoicing
  • Regularly speak to other departments and suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Match and process invoices
  • Process payment runs
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Process and track utilities
  • Support the Financial Controller and Assistant Accountant as required
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues regularly
