An experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant required to join a busy finance team within a well-established company.
Full time, permanent role based in Leatherhead, Surrey. Parking onsite.
Paying £21k-£27k per annum depending on skills and experience.
- Managing supplier and staff accounts
- Ensure all relevant documentation is recorded accurately
- Answer all supplier queries regarding invoicing
- Regularly speak to other departments and suppliers to resolve any issues
- Match and process invoices
- Process payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process and track utilities
- Support the Financial Controller and Assistant Accountant as required
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues regularly
