Overview

A pro-active individual with strong analytical and customer service skills required to join the Buying and Merchandising team as the E-Commerce Trading Executive.

  • This is a full time, permanent role
  • Based in Dorking, Surrey with parking onsite
  • Paying £20-25k per annum depending on skills and experience

Main Responsibilities:

  • Researching new products for the business
  • Liaising with suppliers requesting quote sheets and negotiating cost prices
  • Setting up products on the system, ensuring the data is correct
  • Raising purchase orders for new products
  • Creating products on UK and European marketplaces
  • Managing brand stores on Amazon
  • Analysis of both overstocks and products that are selling well and making reductions where necessary
  • Supporting with the pay per click marketing campaigns
  • Proposing deals and coupons to push certain products online

Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience within an office environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills and a good working knowledge of other Microsoft applications
