Overview

Organised and efficient administrator required to support the Sales team. Assisting with a wide variety of duties this role is suitable for an individual looking to utilise their administration skills in a growing team.

Full time, permanent role based in Dorking, Surrey.

Paying £23k per annum.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administration duties for senior managers
  • Create and maintain databases and paperwork
  • Set up meetings for external suppliers and managers
  • Order and keep stock of office supplies
  • Greet any visitors to the office
  • Arrange refreshments for meetings
  • Manage incoming email queries
  • Prepare letters and correspondence with customers/clients
  • Complete minutes/action points at meetings when required
  • Set up files ready for managers
  • Update and maintain the company website
  • Proof reading of documentation before release
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

 

Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong administration experience within an office environment
