Organised and efficient administrator required to support the Sales team. Assisting with a wide variety of duties this role is suitable for an individual looking to utilise their administration skills in a growing team.
Full time, permanent role based in Dorking, Surrey.
Paying £23k per annum.
- Assist with administration duties for senior managers
- Create and maintain databases and paperwork
- Set up meetings for external suppliers and managers
- Order and keep stock of office supplies
- Greet any visitors to the office
- Arrange refreshments for meetings
- Manage incoming email queries
- Prepare letters and correspondence with customers/clients
- Complete minutes/action points at meetings when required
- Set up files ready for managers
- Update and maintain the company website
- Proof reading of documentation before release
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Strong administration experience within an office environment
